It began with a single slice

That first slice we tasted in Japan changed everything: impossibly light, melt-in-your-mouth, nothing like the dense cheesecake we knew. We decided to bring that lightness to İstanbul.
2022 — FatihOur first shop opened
When we returned to İstanbul we had a single dream. We opened our first shop in the heart of the historic peninsula, right beside Fatih Mosque — and İstanbul truly met Japanese cheesecake for the first time.
2025 — TaksimA second home
In 2025 we opened our second home in the heart of the city, a step away from İstiklal — a neon-lit cloud stop open till midnight.
